Mode of Delivery: Self directed self learning. External studies delivered with a combination of assessments, written questions.
MODERN NUTRITION is a course that ideally continues from the basic introduction of the Essential Nutrition Course, to the next level which discuses how nutrition affects us in this modern day and highlights many nutrition subjects not discussed elsewhere.
This course will help answer many of the questions we can think about and do not know who to ask and find the answers to.
This course looks at what foods are best to eat and what foods are best to not eat. It will also explore the benefits of foods and what is the difference between live foods and dead foods. The course starts by looking at how are diets have evolved and what influences we have in the foods we eat.
By the end of this course you will know what foods to eat more of and what foods to eat less of and this in turn will create a positive change to your health and wellbeing.
A reference text and DVD will be provided.
After doing this course you will
