I sort of became quite addicted to detoxing and cleansing.
I was overweight, I hated my body, I was full of self-loathing and disgust for myself.
Over a period of 30 years I studied Complementary Therapies, I learnt about Nutrition and I learnt about the power of SLOW Foods. These were Sustainable, Local, Organic and Wholefoods.
I then moved to the Australian Bush and here I had a 175 acre farm which became Certified Organic and Bio-dynamic.
Here I embodied the benefits that can be acquired from eating alive, organic food. It was here on the farm that I also undertook most of my detoxes and cleanses.
